Storage Instructions

Recommended to be sealed and stored in the refrigerator.

Pre-cooking Preparation

Soak dried oysters in cold water for 10 minutes until softened, then gently rub off any dirt with fingers. Rinse thoroughly with clean water and pat dry with a clean cloth.

Recommended Recipes

Braised Pork Belly with Japanese Dried Oysters and Hair Moss, Stir-fried Loofah with Dark Soy Sauce and Dried Oysters, Steamed Egg with Japanese Dried Oysters, Braised Spare Ribs with Shiitake Mushrooms and Dried Oysters.

Notes:i. Under normal circumstances, unopened products can be stored at room temperature for 2-3 days.

ii. Please store in the refrigerator (0 to -18°C) immediately upon receipt to avoid the risk of spoilage.

iii. Shipping or forwarding overseas is not recommended; customers assume all risks related to quality and food safety.
