Storage Instructions
Recommended to be sealed and stored in the refrigerator.
Pre-cooking Preparation
Soak dried oysters in cold water for 10 minutes until softened, then gently rub off any dirt with fingers. Rinse thoroughly with clean water and pat dry with a clean cloth.
